Error description
When the HTTPS Proxy is configured to forward to another Proxy, if the onward Proxy returns an error for an HTTPS connection, the connection is dropped. It happens if the onward Proxy returns HTTP status other than 200. An error such as the following is seen in the RIT Proxy log: java.io.IOException: Unable to connect securly via the proxy: Proxy returned HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden The client does not receive a response.
