Error description

• If you attempt to upgrade IBM Rational Asset Manager from
  v7.5.2.x to v7.5.3, you will receive the following error during
  the "Rational Asset Manager Server Setup > Configure Database >
  Part 2b: Migrate existing RTC database" step:
  
  "The Rational Team Concert database migration failed. Check the
  Server setup logs for details."
  
  This error will appear after clicking the "Migrate" button on
  this page and can occur even when it appears that the user has
  the correct privileges.
  

Local fix

• There is no workaround.
