PI84837: IN FRENCH AND GERMAN REPORT VERSION SOME OF DECIMAL POINTS IN REPORT CHART SHOWING DOT AND NOT COMMA FOR DECIMAL SEPARATION MARK

Error description

• When report data records are retrieved from Database decimal
  columns which have at least one "NULL" value then report output
  in French and German language version show decimal separation
  mark points in report chart as  . (dot) and not , (comma) as
  it is required for  French and German report language version.
  If there is no "NULL" in decimal column on database side decimal
  separation mark points show , (comma) as expected
  

Local fix

• replace "NULL" with "0" (zero)
  on database side or to handle null on report side.
