Error description

• Create a new Environment type
  For Automation Engineer give the new Environment Type all
  permissions
  Create a new User
  Create a new Team and add the new user to Automation Engineer
  
  Log in as the new user
  In user preferences set Default Teams for New Objects to
  Specific Teams, and the user's default team to the new Team.
  Create an application
  Create an environment for the application
  Delete the Type
  
  When you try to create a new environment as that user the
  deleted Type is still displayed in the UI and the user can no
  longer create a new environment until they set default team to
  None
