Error description

• An ABEND 04E RC00C90101 in DSNILKPD ERQUAL1001 occurred during
  UPDATE for a CHANGE lock state request for PBG DODM6.SODM0060
  PART #1 from S to X and the request is failed by IRLM with
  invalid token RC10 RSN04
  Additional symptoms: DSNKNXT2 1006 ERQUAL1006
                       DSNIONX2 1003 ERQUAL1003
                       DSNKFTCH 1006 ERQUAL1006

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Apply corrective PTF when available.                         *

  When Lock Size is Tablespace, or when LOCKPART=No is specified
  on a partitioned tablespace, the access to this Tablespace
  should not follow the rules made for Selective Dataset Locking
  (SDL). The fix made in UI46594 for V11 and UI45173 or UI46553
  for V12 mistakenly followed the SDL rule to access a tablespace
  with a Tablespace lock or when LOCKPART=NO is specified. This
  caused ABEND04E with RC00C90101 at following locations when
  making a Lock or Change Lock request :
  - at DSNILKPD:1001
  - at DSNKNXT2:1006
  - at DSNIONX2:1003
  - at DSNKFTCH:1006
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixes made in DB2 to access a tablespace according to the rule
  made for Table space locking or when LOCKPART=NO is specified.
