Rational Change Interim Fix 13 for 5.3.1.1

Error description

• Run an Rational Change report, containing an attribute of type
  CCM_EXTENDED_TEXT, with the attribute value consisting of
  several lines of which one is indented and the text contains
  other formatting, and export this to MS
  Excel format.
  The attribute value is distributed over more than one Excel
  cell, with one extra empty cell each before and after the
  indented text/ or text with other formatting style.
