  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  When an INPEXIT returns EOF without ever returning any document
  data, a pointer to to a record does not get set.  Subsequently,
  that pointer is used to examine carriage control.  Depending on
  the random value in storage for that pointer, a S0C4 can result.
  

Problem conclusion

• ARSPSTOR is changed to not reference the carriage control when
  EOF has been returned.
