Error description

• Missing new V6 reserved words  ALLOCATE, DEFAULT, END-JSON,
  FREE, JSON, and JSON-CODE in SIGYSAMP(IGY8RWRD) &
  SIGYSAMP(IGY8CICS).
  

Local fix

• Use IBM-provided reserved word table instead of a custom
  reserved word table.

Problem conclusion

• Reserved words ALLOCATE, DEFAULT, END-JSON, FREE, JSON and
  JSON-CODE are added to IGY8RWRD and IGY8CICS with this fix.
