The rule "Prevent Unresolved Design References" blocks the
deliver process when applied on Deliver (Client) in operation
behavior of Team Configuration of the Project Area.
The unresolved concerns teh ££USER macro structure, even if
all references are correct in the workspace as well as on the
server.
