APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • The wrong version of the DSM library was accidentally included
in maintenance builds.  As a result, DSM cannot be upgraded or
installed.  If DSM is not installed, attempts to install it
after applying the patch would fail due to a version mismatch
error with the following message:

resource_management.core.exceptions.Fail: Execution of
'/usr/bin/yum -d 0 -e 0 -y install IBM-DSM-2.1.0-0' returned 1.
