PI82155: ODF Banner text wraps for fixed data with LRECL greater than 133

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the OnDemand application has an LRECL greater then
  133, the ODF banner text "wraps".  The ODF banner is also
  incorrect for AFP applications.

  exit correctly.
  

Problem conclusion

• ODF is modified to correctly write out AFP data returned by the
  banner exit.
