  See PI82027 for DB2 11 for z/OS.
  DB2 receives 00000008 and in Reg3 reason code xxxx0838 in Reg2
  (IwmRsnCodeClasyAreaTooBig) after calling WLM routine IWM4ECRE
  to classify a stored procedure name. This is due to an invalid
  stored procedure name length.

  A remote application accesses a DB2 for z/OS server and
  executes a stored procedure.  DB2 did not consider the
  possibility of a stored procedure name with trailing blanks
  which causes DB2 to fail during WLM classification processing
  if the name, with padding, is greater than 128 characters.  The
  WLM classification error is unexpected and causes abend
  04E-00D31010,LOC=DSNLILLM.DSNLIRTR:0009.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 has been changed to truncate the long stored procedure name
  to a valid length for WLM classification purposes.
