• User clicks "Company - Command Center". There is a delay of
  approximately 30-60 seconds. Then an error appears:
  Could not create the view: Model not found:
  userrights[UserRightsModel]
  

Local fix

• Increase the JVM maximum memory: edit the CCRProxy.options file
  and place
  -Xmx2g
