PI81814: SOME USERS GET "STANDARD ERROR - ITEM HAS ALREADY BEEN ADDED" WHEN IMPORTING FROM FLAT FILE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Logon as a 'bad' user (for example u183113). Click 'Transfer -
  External data - Import from flat files'. Choose import spec
  'SAP_FLOWS'.
  Browse to the attached file
  "30669.300.624.US29_FLOW_2017-03.TXT" and try to import.

• Delete the user and create a new one.
