Error description

  • Occasionally the CTG DLL thread, that executes a Flow, is
dead-locked with the CICS TG DLL thread that waits for the
response, if during the execution of the FlowRequest an
exception is thrown

Problem summary

  • Ocassionally the CICS TG DLL thread that executes a Flow, is
deadlocked with CICS TG DLL thread that waits for the response,
if during execution the FlowRequest an exception is thrwon

Problem conclusion

  • CICS TG gateway code is changed to avoid deadlock when
FlowRequest Exception is thrown.
