Error description

• Using Rational Developer for z Systems 14.0.0.3, some conditions
  referring to property values in the translator are not enabled.
  - User Build doesn't support the following conditions:
  antversion,   available,   contains,   endswith,   filesmatch,
  hasfreespace,   hasmethod,   http,   isfailure,   isfalse,
  isfileselected,   islastmodified,   ispropertyfalse,
  ispropertytrue,   isreachable,   isreference,   issigned,
  length,   matches,   os,   parsersupports,   resourcecontains,
  resourcecount,   resourceexists,   resourcesmatch,
  scriptcondition,   socket,   startswith,   typefound,   uptodate

• Using 'not istrue' works as a workaround to the condition
