PI81512: IMPLEMENT SUPPORT FOR DATE, TIMESTAMP, DECIMAL, VARCHAR, AND CHAR FOR THE IBM JSON SERDE IN BIGSQL 4.1

Error description

• In BigInsights 4.1, BigSQL 4.1.0.2 attempting to use the
  supplied IBM JSON SerDe:
  com.ibm.biginsights.bigsql.serde.JSONSerDe
  with DATE datatype will result in errors similar to:
  SQL5105N  The statement failed because a Big SQL component
  encountered an error.
  Component receiving the error: "BigSQL IO". Component returning
  the error: "UNKNOWN". Log entry identifier:
  "[BSL-4-3afc7b9df]".  SQLSTATE=58040
  
  Retrieving further details on this specific error:

• If on BigInsights 4.1, contact IBM PA Support to request
  Special Build for BigSQL 4.1 referencing this APAR.
  If on BigInsights 4.2, with BigSQL GA Release (i.e. the first
  release), contact IBM PA Support requesting details on access
  to BigSQL 4.2 DECEMBER refresh.
