Description :
Comments that contains Hebrew characters added/displayed by
Carma FastEdit are written left to right (instead of right to
left).
When retrieving an ELEMENT from Carma (using CA endevor version
17) the comment section is sometimes written in Hebrew and is
saved with the ELEMENT, so this field needs to support the Bidi
option.
