PI81185: UCD DOES NOT CHECK KEYSTORE WHEN IMPORTING APPLICATION WITH SNAPSHOTS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When importing applications from one UCD server to another, UCD
  reports an error that the keystore has not been moved between
  the servers.
  
  But when importing applications with snapshots (with the
  exported zip file), UCD does not check keystore and the import
  will be successful. But error is reported during deployment
  time.
