Local fix

Problem summary

• RAA's Impact analysis wizard reporting a status of "Not
  available for this impact analysis" during and after impact
  analysis has finished.
  

Problem conclusion

• Beginning with v6.1.0.14 (Fix Pack 14), code changes have been
  implemented to enable reporting a status of Completed,
  Incomplete or Stale for Impact analysis projects. There is no
  Error status for Impact analysis projects.
  The status of an Impact analysis project can be viewed in the
  following areas:
  1. The Impact analysis wizard, while the wizard is open.
  2. The Impact analysis project details: Impact analysis
  results page.
  3. The Database > Work queue (Work manager = IA), while the
  Work queue entry exists.
  4. The REST server (assets > IaProject).
  In addition, the DMH_ACTIVITY_LOG will no longer report this
  message:
   RC=8 TYPE=DELETE Project results are stale due to delete of
  impacted component(s) - Reanalyze
  for Impact analysis projects (cmpnt_type_id = 28). Instead, the
  Impact analysis project details page will report Status: Stale
