Error description

  • Underline of some Japanese texts on Analysis Studio are written
    over text and it looks like strike-through on IE11 on Windows
    10.
    
    - Issue does not occur on IE11 on Windows 7
    - Issue does not occur on FireFox.
    - Issue can be recreated on Cognos 10.2.2FP7
    
    Modification of explore.css is not acceptable because it makes
    character omitted.

    Configuration Instructions:
    1) Open <install
    folder>\webcontent\skins\<style>\ans\explore.css in a text
    editor. (Back up the explore.css file somewhere safe before
    modifying.)
    2) Comment out the html section as shown below:

    	font-family: Tahoma, 'Arial Unicode MS', 'Andale WT', Arial,
    'MS UI Gothic', Gulim, SimSun, PMingLiU, Raghu8, sans-serif;
    	color: #000000;
    }*/
    3). Uncomment the html section for Japanese as shown below:

    'Andale WT', Arial, Gulim, SimSun, PMingLiU, Raghu8, sans-serif;

    4) Save the explore.css file.
    5) Clear the browser cache.
