Error description

• Selecting the last Edit Location (Ctrl+ Q) should cause the
  editor to jump back to the file and location of an alteration
  but the button doesn't do anything.
  
  RBD development identified the issue as concerned with the
  following bugzilla
  https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=392414 so this
  APAR is raised to include this fix in the next RBD v9.1.x
  releases
