APAR status

Error description

• After one site creates a UCM development stream, but another
  site has removed the parent stream,
  importing the "op= modstream_cspec" oplog entry that follows the
  "op= mkstream"
    will fail at any site that has already processed the "op=
  rmstream" of the parent.
  
  This failure blocks sync import for all packets queued behind
  the problem packet.
  

Local fix

• A patch must be applied on the VOB server host of the importing
  replica
