Error description

• When using Enhanced Edit within the CARMA/Endevor interface
  there is a possibility to select a property group that can be
  used for the SYSLIB concatenation.
  The property group cannot be selected when browsing a member via
  CARMA. This leads to syntax errors in the source because
  copybooks cannot be found. Especially the SQLCA is needed.

• Without the Property Group, external dependencies are not able
  to be resolved when browsing Endevor elements.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changes have been made in the IBM CARMA Endevor integration
  to provide the ability to select a Property Group when browsing
  an element.
  
  The problem listed in this APAR has been resolved with
  IBM Rational Developer for z Systems V9.5.1.5 Fix Pack which
  is available from the Recommended Fixes support download page:
