PI80243: LOAD PARALLEL RELOAD PHASE ZIIP OFFLOAD SUPPORT

Error description

• PI73882 delivered zIIP offload for the RELOAD phase of the LOAD
  utility except when the PARALLEL option is used. This APAR
  enables zIIP offload for this case also.

  The PTF for PI80243 enables zIIP offload of some of the data
  conversion processing during the RELOAD phase of the LOAD
  utility when the PARALLEL keyword is specified with SHRLEVEL
  NONE or SHRLEVEL REFERENCE.  If one or more zIIPs are installed,
  this will reduce CPU time during that phase.
