PI80130: APPLICATION TEMPLATE PROCESS CAN DEPLOY INDIVIDUAL COMPONENT DEPLOYMENTS IF THEY USE CLIPBOARD

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Application template process only allows multiple component
  deployment plug-ins but it seems the customer can deploy
  individual component deployments.
  
  When creating an application template process:
  1) Drag & drop an earlier copied individual component deployment
  step from the 'clipboard' section
  2) The customer is unable to edit this individual component
  deployment step (plugin)
  3) The customer can execute this application template process
  (it is going through)
  
  The process shouldn't save with a step that isn't allowed in the
  design.  We also should probably filter out the types of steps
  available in the clipboard based on the type of process we are
  in.
