  MSGIGYCB7104-U Internal error while compiling function 'XXXXX'.
  Failed assertion on /build/cob/6.1/tr.r15.cobol-prod-
  opt/tr.source/omr/il/node/OMRNode_inlines.hpp:61.
  
  This problem can affect Enterprise COBOL users compiling COBOL
  programs at OPT(1|2) that CALL 'DFHEI1' without any parameters.

  While performing analysis on CALL statements to the CICS
  interface DFHEI1, the compiler assumed that calls to DFHEI1

Problem conclusion
