APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When users login a registry entry is placed under:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\VB and VBA Program
    Settings\FrangoController\Settings.
    If the client connection is not closed successfully, but forced
    this registry file increase in size and user is unable to login
    anymore.
    Error message:
    System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable
    to process request. ---> System.IO.IOException: Insufficient
    system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Local fix

  • Manual delete the entries in the registry, increase the size of
    the registry
