Error description

• When installing CCRC Server on an operating system using a
  non-English language setting, Installation Manager will produce
  an error stating that CCRC Server cannot be installed due to a
  problem with the IBM WebSphere Java SDK.
  
  This error will be in the install logs:
  
  INFO: Checking if a compatible SDK is installed finished.
  
  Running command:

  dk.bat -enableProfile -profileName cqwebprofile -sdkname

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearCase 9.0.1.3
  The installation process was expecting the output of the
  managesdk command to be in English. This was not the case on a
  non-English operating system. The installation has been fixed to
  correctly parse the non-English output.
