  A level 01 data-item with a large amount of OCCURS DEPENDING ON
  data-items generates a large compiler internal routine to
  calculate offsets of all the data-items. Inlining of this
  routine caused large code growth.
  

Problem conclusion

• Added a limit to the size of the internal routine that can be
  inlined.
