PI79613: CTE THROWS NPE WHEN LOADING CQ FORM CONTAINING A FIELD WITH A NULL LABEL

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• You may see a "java.lang.NullPointerException" error when
  opening a Rational ClearQuest (CQ) form in ClearTeam Explorer
  (CTE).
  
  This prevents the user from being able to access the form.
  
  To reproduce:
  Create a CQ form that contains a form field with nothing in the
  label
  Open form in CTE
  

Local fix

• Workaround:
  Add a character to the label (such as a space) on the CQ form
