PI78862: UPDATE SQL GOT ABEND04E DSNILKDY:1002 WHEN A CHANGE PART LOCK FAILED DUE TO INVALID TOKEN (INVTOKEN IRLM RC/RSN=0010/0400)

Error description

• Update sql got abend04e DSNILKDY:1002 when a CHANGE part lock
  (LKNMPART, func=03, stat=03, dura=41) failed due to invalid
  token (INVTOKEN IRLM rc/rsn=0010/0400, RLPRCB6=on). The invalid
  lock token would have been incorrectly obtained from an agent
  related pageset block.

  During a change part lock request on a partition by growth
  table space there is a timing window that may cause DB2
  to lose track of the part lock on its last partition.
  
  This could cause an invalid lock token to be taken later and
  then ABEND=04E-00C90101 at DSNILKDY:1002.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixes made in DB2 to get the correct number of partitions for
  a partitioned by growth table space during a change lock
  request.
