• Synergy 7.2.1.x
  RTC 6.0.x
  
  When RTC is configured to use TLS 1.2 protocol, the Rational
  Synergy / RTC bridge fails to connect to RTC, throwing an error
  that the the URL or destination was formatted incorrectly.
  
  When RTC is configured to use TLS 1.0 protocol, the connection
  succeeds.
