Error description

• When the Windows 10 Enterprise Deviceguard feature is enabled on
  an IBM Rational ClearCase host, the MVFS will fail to load after
  a reboot. Disabling Deviceguard will allow the MVFS to load.

Problem conclusion

• The ClearCase MVFS filesystem driver was updated with the
  necessary requirements for Device Guard in ClearCase versions
  8.0.1.15, 9.0.0.5, and 9.0.1.1.
