APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• User has service projects defined with the project feature of
  "Support IBM i objects" enabled so that they can access data
  areas and
  other objects on the IBM i when needed.
  
  
  
  It is found that each time a dataarea is accessed via
  DataAreaDefinition a new QZRCSRVS job is created.
  
  
  
  This results in many un-released QZRCSRVS jobs on the system.

  * iSeries connection job QZRCSRVS is not terminated after      *
  * invoking an EGL Web Service that accesses iSeries data       *
  * objects. Multiple invocations of this service will result in *
  * multiple instances of QZRCSRVS. These jobs are not released  *
  * until the Web Server has terminated.                         *

Problem conclusion

• Testfix uploaded to fix portal. New function in ijavaLib.egl is
  added, called releaseConnection(). It must be invoked prior to
  the EGL Web Service terminating.
