APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• A RUI application which implements an externalType of type
  JavaScriptObject associated with the includeFile function causes
  very high CPU usage in preview mode.
  
  It appears to be constantly loading and does not open while the
  CPU increases to make RBD practically unusable until this EGL
  file is closed.
  
  The problem only occurs in preview mode, at runtime or via the
  debugger the same application works fine and is displayed
  correctly.
