APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • 1)The cancel command not unloading all of the payments expected
from an outbound transmission:
Overlapping outbound segments do not properly rebuild when
cancelling a transmission. Orphaned transactions are left in
the overlapping outbound segment.

2)Subsequent items ingested after the unload destined for the
same endpoint were "stuck" as eligible payments, and were not
included in a cash letter until after the cash letter that had
items unloaded was transmitted:
The outbound presentment is remaining locked after the cancel
completes.
