APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• rmstream is blocked if the stream has view attached.
  However, if there is a new view that the stream master site does
  not know about because the remote site has not sync'd to the
  stream master since creating the view, then the rmstream is
  allowed to proceed.
     (Of course this is unavoidable.)
  
  Remote sites may have database problems affecting reformatvob
  and mkreplica, after they import the "rmstream" oplog entry.

• Contact ClearCase Technical Support for assistance to clean bad
  records out of the VOB database.
