PI77922: PROCESS DESIGNER DOESN'T GIVE AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN SAVING A DUPLICATE PROCESS STEP FROM CLIPBOARD

Error description

• 1)  Create a sample Component
  2)  Open the component, navigate to Processes tab
  3)  Create a sample process, open it in Process Designer
  4)  Drag in a sample Shell step, put in a simple echo 'hello
  world' for the script, Save it.
  5)  Save the process
  6)  Copy the Shell step to Clipboard
  7)  From the Clipboard folder in the process designer's palette,
  drag in the copied Shell step.
  8)  You can successfully save the process, with no error or
  prompt that it's a duplicate step.
