Error description

• The DojoDateTextBox widget incorrectly fires an onChange event
  if the default value is set.
  Example:
  DojoDateTextBox_test DojoDateTextBox{ value =
  "01/01/2017",disabled = false, inputRequired = false, onChange
  ::= DojoDateTextBox_test_onChange, width = 90};
  DojoTextField_test DojoTextField{text = "01.01.2017", disabled =
  false, inputRequired = false, onChange ::=
  DojoTextField_test_onChange, width = 90};
  
  Running in preview mode the DojoDateTextBox_test_onChange event
  is fired whereas other widgets, in this case DojoTextField, does
  not.
