Error description

• If the -Dfile.encoding=UTF-8 Java option is set in the broker
  environment and there are non IIB product jar files to be
  loaded, then the following error may occur during classloading
  by the EgSharedClassLoader, if the broker's file system is
  non-ascii:

• The product has been modified to correctly convert ebcdic coded
  paths when Java is told to use UTF-8 (ascii) encoding.
