PI77362: MAKING CHANGES TO THE 'PROMPT TEXT' PROPERTIES OF A VALUE PROMPTHAS NO EFFECT IN INTERACTIVE MODE

Error description

• Making changes to the 'Prompt Text' of a value prompt does not
  work when 'Run with full interactivity' is set to 'Yes' while
  authoring a report in Cognos 11.0.5. Running the same report in
  non-interactive mode will use the properties set for the value
  prompt. Other properties that aren't under the 'Prompt Text'
  pane work fine in both modes, but the properties under this pane
  do not work in interactive mode.
