Error description

• When installing UCD, it is possible for you to specify a
  database type containing uppercase letters. ("mySQL" instead of
  "mysql")  This results in an imprecise database type identifier,
  which can cause issues after the initial installation.  This can
  also result in errors when later upgrading to
  or through UCD 6.2.2.
  

Local fix

• Change upper-case characters in for the "database.type" property
  in the server's installed.properties to lowercase characters.
  For example "Sqlserver" should become "sqlserver"
