PI75772: DISPATCHER ERROR WHEN CREATING A CUSTOM FILTER AGAINST A NUMERICCOLUMN

• Closed as unreproducible.

Error description

• Receiving a dispatcher load balance error when trying to create
  a custom filter against a numeric query item in Cognos Analytics
  11.0.5. This issue has been seen with Teradata and Netezza and
  is intermittent with DB2. A symptom of the issue is that the
  underlying query join does involve the Cognos extract function.
  
  DPR-ERR-2072
  Unable to load balance a request with absolute affinity, most
  likely due to a failure to connect to the remote dispatcher. See
  the remote dispatcher detailed logs for more information. Check
  the health status of the installed system by using the
  dispatcher diagnostics URIs.
