Error description

• The IBM UrbanCode Deploy z/OS Deploy Toolkit is a .pax file, and
  the servers web.xml folder is missing the mime-mapping:
  
      <mime-mapping>
          <extension>pax</extension>
          <mime-type>application/octet-stream</mime-type>
      </mime-mapping>
  
  so the the toolkit cannot be downloaded on Internet Explorer 11
  

Local fix

• Use a modern browser other than Internet Explorer 11.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in UCD version 6.2.4.0.
  Starting from UCD version 6.2.4.0, IBM UrbanCode Deploy z/OS
  Deploy Toolkit is included in the agent installation file
  (ibm-ucd-agent.zip), and it is no longer downloadable from UI >
  Tools page.
