PI75229: POWERPLAY ADMINISTRATION TAB TEXT IS NOT CLEANLY POSITIONED IN IE11

Error description

• After the fix for APAR PI72134 is in place, Powerplay
  Administration tab loads successfully in IE11, however the text
  frames are imperfectly positioned and some of the title text is
  too large, poorly positioned and/or partially clipped. The UI is
  otherwise useable and the settings and contents in the interior
  frames are generally better off.
  
  Firefox has none of these problems. The title boxes and font
  sizes in Firefox are correct and well positioned.
