Error description

• High load conditions on a Oracle Solaris host used for builds
  can lead to the IBM Rational ClearCase MVFS log in the Global
  Zone to show the following error from the view server:
        [...] mvfs: Error: view <view-tag> on host <view-host>
  found RPC(xid=833486548) to be stale. vob=<vob-tag>
    this is sometimes matched by an "I/O error" at application
  level.
