Error description

• MQRC 2195 (MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR) reading a message with MQDLH
  header .
  Error is received because the MQMD contains a CodeCharSetId
  value of -1 (which is MQCCSI_EMBEDDED)

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR is returned on a failed MQPUT, when    *
  * the MQPUT fails due to a badly formed message, with          *
  * MQMD.CodedCharsetId set to MQCCSI_EMBEDDED but the message   *
  * starts with a MQDLH header.                                  *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  A message with MQMD.CodedCharSetId of -1 (MQCCSI_EMBEDDED) is
  not valid when the message starts with a MQDLH header. Putting
  this message should fail, however when it fails, the MQPUT
  returns a MQRC_UNEXPECTED_ERROR (2195) when this should be a
  useful return code.
  

Problem conclusion

• Validity checking for message and CCSIDs has been corrected to
  return MQRC_SOURCE_CCSID_ERROR (2111) for the MQPUT in this
  case, which correctly represents the reason for the failure.
