APAR status

Error description

• When User clicks on a change record from mail notifications, It
  pops up to enter login details and the change record will be
  displayed once the login credential is supplied. When they try
  to click the same link again, it takes a minute to load the
  login page itself. This delay happens only when there is an
  existing session is already opened. When the user logout from
  the cq web instance and try to reopen the link, the login box
  opens in few seconds without delay.
  Most of the slowness in the restapi case where the user is
  logged in is related to the complex code in the
  cqloginservice.js which recursively causes the page to
  refresh/reload.

Problem conclusion

• A fix is available in ClearQuest 8.0.1.14 and 9.0.0.4.
  Reloading of the ClearQuest Web UI is prevented for this use
