• Rational Developer for System z (RDz): RDZ client 9.5.0 loses
  property group after client crashes or timeout. This Property
  group which is a system property group defined in a
  propertygroups.xml file is distributed by Push-to-Client.
  

Local fix

• Clear Cache files from Windows>Preferences>Remote Systems>File
  Cache
  then disconnect and reconnect
